When it comes to choosing a photograph for your artwork think high quality and clear.
Interesting lighting and washed out photos can make for a wonderful painting, but to many dark shadows or photos taken at a distance can mean the information needed to render a likeness is not visible.
If you are not sure, email me at rebecca@somewhereart.co.nz and send me an image including the size you envision your potential painting being and the the date you would need it by, keeping in mind that I am often booked up weeks even months ahead. So take action today!
